Linton Farm is a warm and comfortable family home, situated within 2 acres of private land, one mile from the famous North Devon/Cornwall coastline in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Old Farm House is an original cob Devon Long house with 2' thick walls, which has been added to over the years.
It has many original features such as large wooden beams and inglenook fireplaces. There is a 35' open plan living room/dining room with a log burner at one end and an open fireplace at the other.
We have 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms with an extra toilet downstairs and an outside shower. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor.
The public footpath leads straight from Linton Farm to the sea, passing The Old Smithy, our lovely local pub. Welcombe Mouth Beach is a wonderful mix of sand, pebbles, rock pools and dramatically beautiful cliffs.
