We run a range of courses lead by Demian and Rosina Dorelli and specialist guest teachers. Demain teaches meditation and pranayama, Rosina teaches Creative Painting.

Demian Dorelli
Demian is a Pianist, Composer and Yoga Teacher.
From 1996-2005 he managed Innergy Yoga Centre in North West London. His most recent music production was a collaboration with Jo Cang on the 2 Swara Albums, ambient music to accompany yoga practise. Demian has 13 years experience in teaching beginners hatha yoga. As well as sustaining us all with his delicious cooking, he leads early morning sessions of meditation and pranayama breathing excerises. No previous experience is required for these sessions.
Rosina Dorelli
Rosina is an Artist, Portrait Painter, Art and Yoga teacher and Mother.
From 1995 she created forged metal and carved wooden furniture, until motherhood in 1998, when she started painting portraits and murals. From 2002-04 she taught pregnancy yoga at Innergy Yoga Center. She has been teaching art in schools since 2003 and Creative Painting and Drawing for Cornwall College since 2008. Her classes will be exploring the creative process and working through blocks to release our infinite font of intuitive imagery. No comments are made about the products, only the process. No previous painting or drawing skills are required. She also initiates philosophical discussion every evening with the help of TED lectures and short films.

Caroline Fletcher
Scaravelli Yoga Teacher & Designer.
Caroline has co run Fletcher & Myburgh designs since 1999, designing and hand-crafting beautiful garden swings. She has been studying Scaravelli Yoga with Bill Wood since 2006. She now has her own teaching practice in Sussex. We are lucky to have her deeply moving yet gentle yoga classes at our retreats.


Natalia Rosenfeld M.A.
Painter & Teacher
Natalia Rosenfeld M.A. has trained and worked with Michele Cassou (the founder of The Point Zero Painting Method) since 1997. She began teaching Point Zero Painting at university level and now she conducts her own workshops in the US and internationally as well as helping Michelle run numerous workshops and retreats each year. No previous experience is needed for her classes. We have happily persuaded her to come all the way from California to teach Point Zero Painting on our March 2010 retreat.

Rebecca Jeffrey
Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Teacher, Artist and Performer.
Becky grew up in Malawi and Zambia, where she learnt to dance as a child and trained to be a dancer as an adult. In 1991 she created Andigwa African Arts and Dance, which runs an exciting mix of African Dance and Samba classes with story telling, singing, mask and costume design, cooking and performance. She works in schools, community projects and carnivals offering the complete African experience. In our May 2010 retreat she will be introducing us to some African and Samba dance moves.
Faustomaria
Fausto is a Yoga teacher, Philosopher and Photographer.
With the inspiration from his teacher, Swami Vishnu Devananda, Fausto founded The Innergy Yoga Center in North West London in 1996. The ethos of Innergy is to encourage students to intergrate yoga into their lives and reach their spiritual and creative potential. He teaches a unique style of Yoga Asanas, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. We are thrilled to have his visionary teaching and discussions on our June retreat in 2010.
Danu Fox
Singer, Musician and Vocal Teacher.
Danu studied with Pandit Chandan Misra and Pandit Sharda Sahai which introduced her to a rich heritage of vocal scholarship and influenced her mix of Hindustani Raag, mantra and shamanic song. She has produced many beautiful albums of her original music and she runs numerous toning and singing workshops which draw forth sound from the soul. We can all look forward to finding our voices in Danu's joyous and transformative class on our June 2010 retreat.
Alyson Hallett
Poet, Writer & Creative Writing Teacher.
After a degree in Comparative Literature and an MA in Creative Writing, Alyson has published numerous poems and short stories. She has collaborated with various artists to produce public art works, like her poem which has been carved in to the pavement of Milson Street, Bath. She has taught Creative Writing at Bristol University and Poetry at the Arvon Foundation. We are very pleased to have her teaching Creative Writing and Poetry at our November 2010 retreat.

Din is a Malaysian Chef and Cooking Instructor.
